Planting Instructions
Approx seeds per order 200

Microgreens are best grown inside in a warm location where they will get plenty of light but not direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can burn the tender leaves. Grow them in trays and harvest as desired.

Use a rich, organic potting soil. Broadcast the seeds over the soil and then press them in lightly. Do not bury them. Water every day so soil is moist without being soggy or drenched.

Once the seedlings sprout and have their first true set of leaves, they can be harvested. Harvest anytime after they reach 1” in height. Use scissors or a sharp knife to cut them without causing damage.

Plant successive trays so there are always microgreens ready for the salad bowl.
